Listening to Andrew Mckay for several months in the morning and his recommendation on the professional service of Christina. I decided to call the Levin Rinke Reality regarding the sale of my house. I called and Andy answered the phone and I told him that I was considering to sell my property. I asked if he could come and give me an estimate of the value of my older home. With no hesitation , he said he would be glad to give me an estimate, he came out 2 days later to give me an estimate. I was very impressed with his friendly personality. My husband passed in January of this year and at 89 yrs old and no one to help me with legal paperwork I decided move to Texas to be near my family so they could help me. I told him that I had Macular Degeneration and my impaired vision prevented me from being able to read the legal paperwork online that would be required. He said no problem , once I decided to list the house he would come to the house and walk me through everything and make sure I knew what the documents said that I was signing, if I did understand any legal documents that he sends , he said call him at any time and he would come and help me.
